Lee Chiropractic believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office accepts most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. We have several different cash payment options available with up to 30% off our normal fees. A flexible extended payment plan with no financing charges is also available. Although our office does not participate or accept health insurance with the exception of Medicare, we would be happy to verify your benefits as a courtesy during your initial evaluation process. If you do have “out-of-network” benefits for chiropractic care, we will be able to provide you with a superbill or itemized statement that could be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Our office is a participating provider with Medicare Part B. This is great for those with this coverage as it will allow for a certain number of chiropractic adjustments based on the condition that is present. It does not cover initial exams, x-rays and other therapies. However, our office provides cash discounts for those services. Please bring your Medicare card with you to your first visit and we will happily verify your benefits for you.
If you have been injured in a recent auto injury, you may be able to receive chiropractic treatment through your auto insurance plan. This will be under the “medical payments coverage” portion of your plan. We will be able to assist you through this process as we are very knowledgeable and experienced in working with auto insurance companies. Please bring your auto insurance policy and claim information with you to your first visit and we will be happy to verify it for you. If you have an attorney, unfortunately we do not accept personal injury liens at this time.
